The production and engineering design of many daily consumer items has undergone tremendous changes over the past fifty years. The development in the production of materials on the one hand and the increasing progress of technology on the other hand has had a remarkable speed. It is enough to compare only the appearance of items such as household appliances, toys, boats and airplanes with their images fifty years ago.

But this importance can be less acknowledged in the construction industry. Our homes are still being operated in much the same way as they did half a century ago. The obvious differences in this era are generally in style and appearance rather than technical and technological. Of course, today's buildings definitely have a more effective use of resources, and the construction industry's view towards better utilization of sustainable and economical energies has become more focused. But it can still be said with confidence that these changes in the appearance of the building are completely invisible and only the quality of engineering and accurate calculations in the design and planning of the building has a qualitative effect on the finished building.

All the above cases can occupy the minds of designers in such a way that they forget the basic concept of living and relaxing in the home space. The concept of quality that is not enough for the component and appears beyond the taste and even the modern rules of aesthetics. We are talking about what we all experienced in our childhood memories and we remember it well. Whether in an old house or a new house, the quality is created by its residents. In our opinion, the issue of how far the architect can provide the maneuvering power to form this quality in the design of the house shows the ability of the architect.

The most important concern of the design infrastructure of this project for us was to walk on the double-edged blade of today's technological thinking in front of simple biological thinking. How to improve the quality of the living space in addition to using the most up-to-date technologies and functions for the welfare of life.

Focusing on the boundary between the interior and exterior space, which is the wall of the building, made the visible intertwining in the appearance of the project to be internalized and access from the different functions of the residential spaces to wide terraces, which are the place for the warm events of everyday life. Is. In this way, the fluidity between the internal and external spaces reached its maximum and led to the formation of various openings with a view to different parts of the city. In order to increase the privacy in residential spaces, vertical louvres were formed in different parts of the outer wall, along with wide openings to the public and semi-public spaces of the house.
