This project is located in Araj neighborhood of Tehran. This neighborhood is still considered one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. In the design of the Golzar residential building project, several things such as the natural characteristics of the design background, a wide view of the Alborz mountain range and the beautiful heights of Tehran, and finally, a return and strict attention to the ideal of simplicity in the exterior and interior of the house, in line with the distance from Urban chaos was considered. Although the project was referred to this consultant after the implementation of the skeleton, the building form was formed in such a way that it has a fluid rotation from the city towards the Alborz mountain range. so that the lower floors look at the urban fabric of the east, and the upper floors look at the natural landscapes of the north; which caused the formation of various terraces on each floor. In addition, the spatial arrangement was formed in such a way that the public and semi-public spaces of the units overlook the northern view of the city, and the private spaces, including the bedrooms, overlook the tree-filled and green courtyard of the complex. In order to avoid the multiplicity of materials, cement with grooved texture was used as the mold material in the external wall of the building. In the design of the courtyard of the complex, an attempt was made to change the natural texture of the plants at least.
