The office building in the urban facade is turning into repetitive and lightless volumes. In the design of Nahid office building, we achieved the current volume by considering the presence of users in the workplace for most of the day in order to create a different quality for people.

The unique design of this building to provide companies with flexible working spaces, includes a quality interior environment that has expressed a new concept of the usual concrete and glass office building. By using brick material on the facade and inside the building, the designer has made it look more familiar and calm for the users so that the users can benefit from the quality of the architectural space in all their working hours from the time of entering and during work.

This 6,000 square meter building has dedicated its main part to the office area, but has 600 square meters as commercial space, which is located on the ground floor. The Nahid project is more than just a new work order for the engineers of Ati Zivit; It has changed the path towards saving and bringing architectural quality to the volume and interior of this building. When the client of this project approached the Ati Zeit office, he was moving on the repetitive path of classical buildings and even the skeleton of the building had prepared the ground for this purpose.
