The new office building stands on the factory premises of Dow Chemical in Tarragona. The three-level building with a gross floor area of approx. 4.000 m² contains 232 work places, organized in open work spaces and various meeting and conference rooms. An atrium connects all of the floors, letting natural light flow through the building to the lobby downstairs. The facades are composed with windows and horizontal fiber cement modules with various textures that gives the building a personalized character.
