The commission comprehends the conversion of a former Tobacco shop, located on the ground
floor of a main avenue, into an office of architecture. The purpose is to create a serene and tranquil space to work at ease and be comfortable.

A unique space, where two zones are generated. A workspace formed by a large, elongated table
and a meeting space formed by a round table.

There is also a small servant volume, which contains a bathroom and an interior patio. This
volume is covered with large mirrors, which hide the doors and multiply the space.

Special attention is paid to the use of natural materials such as red pine wood, wild olive branches, natural fibers, handmade ceramics, and lime stucco. Materials that are pleasant to the touch, that age well over time and have always been part of Mediterranean architecture.

The façade is intended to be fully integrated into the existing building, so it is only painted in the
same color, a horizontal strip is placed to hide the electrical wiring and a LED, and the existing
joinery is replaced with more efficient wooden frames and a metal lining.

The warm tones used in the bathroom generate serenity. The hidden LEDs behind the toilet,
above the washbasin and under the worktop help to give this sensation. The large ceramic
washbasin made to measure by a local craftsman takes center stage in this space.
