This Villa is located in the surroundings of Sesimbra, in a residential area of ​​Villas and is part of an area of ​​new allotments. The Building is a non-homogeneous volume, which boils down to a single building body. The Floors are above the threshold level, with none below. On ground floor , we find the common areas: the entrance hall, with access to the upper floor by stairs; the living room with mezzanine and extends in connection with the dining room and kitchen, this one with direct access to the pool porch; a suite, a support bathroom and laundry room.



On the 1st floor, there is an additional suite as a private space, a living area where it was used for a large office overlooking the ground floor.



The front and back facades, east and west respectively, reveal the intention to reserve privacy and use the backspace with the pool and porch, taking advantage of the Sunset.
The front facade, parallel to the public road, allows for parking space and there is a drawback of the main volume, in the entrance area, adjacent to the parking space, allowing shelter from the rain at the entrance. The small size of the plot, allows exterior circulation on the front with a small garden and lake, on the left side of the house and giving access to the backspace of the pool and porch.
The swimming pool can be covered by a generous deck that slides on top of rails, to protect it in winter, serving as a deck and extension of the backspace. The porch is the result of another drawback in the building's volume,
In short, this villa is the result of an intentional organization of the interior and exterior spaces for the private and leisure use of their owners, with its own characteristics for a couple experience.
