Luck is an event that occurs like an opportunity and it has to find the person who receives it working. Everything that happens from that moment is the responsibility of the beneficiary. As our second assignment, we replicated the experience obtain from our previous work in a housing format that opens up to the landscape in diverse ways.

 The priority in the composition of the building was the entry. To comprehend this intention is necessary to relay on the theory of frontality, have two parallels in vertical that allow us to know which is the face of the building. The result from that analysis dictates the order of the volumes, likewise, the frontality indicates from where you should entry. The room wing and the social wing flank the access, so that you can enter through a tree. This means, the nature and the artificial opens up for the visitor to pass. The width of the access is 3.66m which corresponds to the height of 2 people. Immediately in the entry, the kitchen awaits you as a bar so you can share with guests.

 The height of the roof at 3.66m captures the landscape and brings it to the architecture. In consequence of this criteria, the various functionalities that are developed throughout the architecture are ordered, such as; framing the sky, the tree in a showcase, extension of the light and the framing.

 In the social spaces, the inclination dictates the spectacle when observing, it is a space that changes during the day by having three glazed sides. Sitting in that place and be protected by glass panels framing different scenarios of the landscape, allows the context to surround you and cause the feelings of being outside, when you are inside.

 In the private spaces, the master bedroom makes the effort to look over the bathroom. This intention results in a direct view to the sky, in addition to linking the spaces with the sun, the stars and the mountains.

 Finally, the most important thing in the composition is the front garden. The location is planned in such a way that the green area is enough space to appreciate the house in all its magnitude. The act of going to the end of the garden, turning around and seeing your house, allows to give an important atmosphere. Is the garden that makes a building a house.

La suerte, es un suceso que ocurre a modo de oportunidad y tiene que encontrar trabajando a la persona que lo recibe. Todo lo que suceda a partir de ese momento, queda bajo la responsabilidad del beneficiado. Como nuestro segundo encargo, replicamos la experiencia obtenida de la obra anterior en un formato de vivienda que se abre al paisaje de diversas maneras.

La prioridad en la composición del edificio fue la entrada. Para comprender esta intención es necesario basarse en la teoría de la frontalidad, poseer 2 paralelas en vertical que permitan saber cuál es la cara del edificio. El resultado de ese análisis dictamina el orden de los volúmenes, así mismo, esta frontalidad indica por donde se debe de ingresar. El ala de habitaciones y el ala social, flanquea el acceso para que a través de un árbol puedas ingresar. Es decir, la naturaleza y lo artificial se abren para el visitante pueda pasar. El ancho del acceso es de 3.66 que corresponde a alto de 2 personas. Inmediatamente al ingreso, te espera la cocina a modo de barra para que puedas compartir con los invitados.

La altura del techo a 3.66 permite capturar el paisaje y traerlo a la arquitectura. En consecuencia, de este criterio, se ordena las diversas funcionalidades que se desarrollan a lo largo de la arquitectura como: enmarcar el cielo, el árbol en vitrina, prolongación de la luz y encuadres.

En los espacios sociales, la inclinación dictamina el espectáculo al observar, es un espacio que va cambiando durante el día al tener sus 3 lados vidriados. Sentarse en ese sitio y estar protegido por unos paños de vidrio enmarcando distintos escenarios del paisaje, da lugar a que el contexto te envuelva y provoca la sensación de estar afuera, cuando estas al interior.

En los espacios privados, el dormitorio principal hace el esfuerzo de mirar sobre el baño. Esta intención da como resultado, una vista directa hacia el cielo a modo de teatina, además de vincular los espacios con el sol, las estrellas y las montañas.

Por último, lo más importante dentro de la composición es el jardín delantero. El emplazamiento se plantea de tal manera que se posee área verde con el espacio suficiente para poder ver la casa en toda su magnitud. El acto de ir al fondo del jardín, voltear y ver tu casa, permite dar una atmosfera importante. Es el jardín que hace casa a una edificación.
