Still a lot of work to do but finally moved in to our new home. We have designed and planned the eitire build, and have achieved a passive standard home with a BER rating of A1 (8.48kwh/m2/yr)
It is a traditional farm house design with modern twist.
Materials include, polished Concrete Floors, Charred Timber, Microsement, Corruragated Metal Roof, Boardformed Concrete Wall, Poslihed Concrete Stairs.
