Marnong Estate Terrace Bar | Biasol

The splendour of the surrounding landscape provided inspiration for Marnong Estate, a world-class community and tourist destination 35 minutes from Melbourne CBD. As part of its evolving offer, we redesigned the Bankvale Run restaurant bar and terrace to elevate the customer and brand experience for the all-day dining venue. We looked to nature for the colour and material palette and infused the venue with modern Australian style and the warmth of Melbourne hospitality. Terrazzo tiles, rendered walls and timber ceilings evoke the textural beauty of nature. Banquettes and chairs are upholstered in rich brown and green leathers with earthy-coloured cushions, and light timber seating on the terrace complements the panoramic views. Hot-pink walls inject vibrant colour into the stairwell with a neon sign referencing the spectacular hilltop setting of Marnong Estate.
