The architectural approach, characterized by minimalist design and environmental respect, harmoniously integrates with the hinterland, avoiding excessive building height to preserve the natural aspect of the coast.

 The modular arrangement of the buildings, although repetitive to simplify construction, precisely adapts to the irregular terrain, ensuring orderly and functional distribution. The choice to keep the main facade externally visible, while the other buildings blend with the surrounding vegetation, creates an interesting dialogue between architecture and landscape.

 The central pool, the focal element of the complex, has been strategically positioned to offer spectacular views from all rooms and villas, accentuating the connection with the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The island lounges and event space integrated into the pool contribute to creating a welcoming and inviting environment for guests.

 The main block, housing the main services such as reception and dining area, is characterized by minimal coverings open on two sides, creating a sense of lightness and openness.
