SPACE 25 sqm with wardrobes, sofa bed, living room and kitchen for a pastry chef passionate about design and travel.

A unique space of 25 square meters. within which all the most important and essential functions of a modern person, with taste and refined aesthetic sensibility, find a way to accomplish.

The environment is studied in detail up to cm. with the wall paneling to mask the entrance which therefore remains isolated and becomes invisible when you stay in the main space of the house.

The made-to-measure kitchen takes up the tones of the walls and while remaining partially hidden within a niche between the columns, it nevertheless constitutes the heart of the project: on the one hand it represents the convergence point of the entire space, on the other, thanks to the mirror, extends visually creating the effect of a second room.

Taking advantage of the niche motif again, an alcove was created for the sofa bed, comfortable and wide, with specially calibrated light and comfortable and practical bookcases on one side. On the other, it has a camouflaged wardrobe, always with borders that make this volume seem like part of the architecture of the room.

In addition to the need to harmonize the functions required of the space, a decisive factor in defining the shape is the style whose impact is manifested in particular in the fake thickness created to define the important bundles of French windows. The false wall is also used to offer additional containers.

The fireplace takes up and supports the style and palette, all clear, while the Hungarian herringbone walnut parquet together with golden metal elements, black elements and gray textile help to create the right contrasts.
