ENG - The new headquarters of the Immobiliare BIM is located inside a former convent in Cocconato, Italy.

For this project, the porcelain slabs of Matières and Planches de Rex have been used as flooring to create an informal but contemporary space. Inspired respectively by stone and wood, the result is a perfect balance of elegance and craftsmanship with a great stylistic versatility.

Flowtech/ covers the walls of the dining area, the bathrooms, the stairs and the elevator. The metal effect slabs characterize the interiors with an industrial look for a modern design project.

ITA - La nuova sede dell’Immobiliare BIM è stata realizzata all’interno di un ex convento a Cocconato, in provincia di Asti.

Per il progetto sono state scelte le lastre in gres di Matières e Planches de Rex, utilizzate a pavimento per creare un ambiente informale e contemporaneo. Ispirate rispettivamente alla pietra e al legno, il risultato è un equilibrio perfetto di eleganza e artigianalità dall’ampia versatilità stilistica.

Flowtech/ riveste invece le pareti dell’area ristoro, dei bagni di servizio, delle scale e dell’ascensore. Le lastre effetto metallo definiscono spazi dall’aspetto industriale inseriti in un progetto di grande design.
