The Project is a construction of health care building that will be built in newly established city zone of Port Harcourt ,the Capital of Rivers State in Nigeria ,which will have 85.000 sqm closed area comprising 1000 beds capacity.The project will have 6 main blocks .All blocks will connect one other on the ground as well as in the basement level. Outpatient clinic , imaging and operating rooms will be located in these levels.Patient rooms and critical care units will be placed on the high rise blocks.It is expected that this building will serve in the west africa region with all of its depatments and capacities in the near future.International standards are used in the preparation of technical aspect of the project and architectural design of the structure.
