Soho Valdemarín is located in a natural setting with unbeatable views of the Guadarrama mountains and the Madrid skyline which inspires the 19 single-family homes,  surrounded by well-tended landscaped spaces and lots of sunshine.
 
The homes breath with their large windows and double-height spaces , capturing the light  and communicating directly with their private gardens allowing cross ventilation.
