RADIO WAREHOUSE | Luis Masia Massoni

This renovation project is conceived in order to promote the attractiveness of Corregeria street , It is located in the  Valencia’s Historical Center. The challenge focused on the public part, generating special interest in the user who passes through the area.

The creation of the warehouse is the final stage of the rehabilitation process of this building that mixes housing, the radio warehouse and a community terrace on the roof top.

The project enhances the image of this 1920s building by creating a coherent and homogeneous façade marked by the presence of the two existing iron columns.

Inside, the neutrality of the coverings allows the wooden furniture to stand out, designed to accommodate a fantastic collection of radios.

Furniture designed with refined lines is placed next to the facade so that the showroom can be seen from the outside.
