Open space and rethinking an effective work environment. Working on the project of the office of the IT company Faifly is a case that leaves a pleasant aftertaste of freedom.

It is no secret that the offices of IT companies are very different from many workspaces. Efficiency is directly related to how comfortable it is to work, interact, relax, get inspired, be open.

To expand the space, we demolished the retaining walls and mounted reinforcing structures. The red parallelepiped with white furniture became the visual center of the project - meeting-room. One of the walls of which is made of noise-absorbing panels - nothing prevents the birth of ideas.

The white work area, on the other hand, is open to all interactions and information exchange. Even high sides on the tables on the one hand give the feeling of the presence of borders, on the other - preserve transparency. The freshness of this story is added by flower pots, which simultaneously green and illuminate the space.

The recreation, sports and kitchen area is a place of strength and inspiration. For superheroes, red stairs are attached to the ceiling - you can "walk on your hands" from the threshold, and you can warm up between meetings and a cup of coffee.

It is for coffee or a delicious lunch that we will come to the blue zone - this color scheme visually emphasizes the place where you can cook and treat colleagues at a large dinner table. Natural wood, the style of a street bench, the opportunity to gather a large company.

For dreamers, portals are designed in two windows - cozy nests for rest. It is said that enlightenment can be found here. And then discuss them by going down to the podiums with soft pillows.

We would do the same when solving the most difficult issue of this project - the organization of the bathroom. The area was so small that only an island washbasin could save the situation. And we, fortunately, had to come up with it. It was designed from scratch, every detail became an author's decision.

Arranging the two sinks back to back, we combined them with a mirror, between which we placed dry towels and a soap dispenser. Beneath them is a specially designed urn for used napkins. We made sure that the hall space was not cluttered and the sink could be approached from two sides. The walls were covered with red corrugated board to protect frequently erased areas.

Small birdhouse windows have become a home for birds from Angry Birds. Who knows what they are cooing about while we look for a new place for a feat.
