Shenzhen Dayun New Town | Daniele Lazzaretti

Dayun new town is located in the
north district of Shenzhen.
The international invited competition
is part of the Greater Bay Area Plan,
to create one economic entity that
will represent China in industrial
competitions worldwide and provide
opportunities for internal economic
transformations.
The first client request was the
inclusion of a twin tower. To avoid the
symmetrical concept i introduced a
floating clouds that divide the offices
from the hotel. In this landmark
floating floors are included common
spaces, restaurants, and facilities.
