Alpine houses represent a very particular housing design, their distinctive feature is the extension of the roof to the ground level.

Undoubtedly, many of us have a particular interest in this type of housing and therefore we wonder how to build an alpine house from start to finish, for this reason here we explain how to do it step by step.

The first step in building an alpine house will be the construction of a concrete base on which we will lay out the structure of the house, which will generally be made of wooden beams, metal screws, plates and openings of different types.

Once the first phase of the construction of an alpine house is finished, the beams will be placed on both sides that will work as a support for the roof of our alpine house and also the necessary wood for the mezzanine.

Then the wooden plates, thermal insulation and sheets will be placed on both sides of the roof.
It only remains to close the front and back of our alpine house with brick partitions or wooden walls, at least one window on each side of the alpine house is recommended to generate cross ventilation.

As for the internal division of the different environments, it will be made based on galvanized sheet metal profiles and plasterboard, generating a fast, neat finish with minimal waste.
It will remain to install the electricity, gas and water services, carry out the painting finishes and finishes to your liking.
