The first time she met the client from Akko, Tzvia Kazayoff felt that he was very frustrated.
“I’m really disappointed.” he told her at the beginning of the conversation. “My friends spent
half of the amount I spent on building a new house, and their house feels like a ‘home’ while
my house is foreign and estranged. I feel that I don’t like living in my house.”

During the property visit, Tzvia Kazayoff realized why the client, a wealthy married man with
two children, felt such great frustration. The 260-square-meter house in Akko with a 125-
square-meter garden was designed by another architectural firm. They placed a primary
emphasis on the aesthetics of the exterior with less attention to the interior design of the
house. Tzvia Kazayoff understood that there was no room for anything less than excellence.
She must make precise spot repairs in the house’s design focal points and use them for a
complete transformation in its appearance, suitable for the client’s fine taste. “A well-
executed interior design plan for a house of this scale demands a significant budget. Given
the client’s high expenses building the house, our firm had to make the most exquisite
design solutions.
The transformation we accomplished truly breathed new life into the property, and I am very
proud I was able to successfully reinstate the client’s confidence in good architectural
design.” says Tzvia Kazayoff
