BILD Constructions is a contracting company, located in Sharq, Kuwait City.

Qishta was commissioned by BILD Constructions Board to submit a concept design report for their office space and to be followed by the needed technical sheets.

The aim of the project is to design the layout, select furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Developing a design scheme required working closely with the client to ensure the project's overall success. Intermediate and final presentations to communicate design intent for client approvals were key to the overall schedule and execution of the project.
I began the pre-conceptual presentation with a couple of zoning layouts, concept narrative, and look & feel of the space. These steps were very important at the early beginning to determine the taste of the client.

Reviewing the different zonings and stating the pros and cons of each one of them helps the client to get into understanding the space and the furniture distribution. This is followed by the concept narrative which eases the communication language between the designer and the stakeholder. Finally, at the initial stages, each designer is looking for holding a lead to the client's mood. This is where it comes to the importance of the look and feel chapter, which helps the user feel and live the space before going into the conceptual phase.
