ANASPED Headquarters | Tecto Arhitectura

The new headquarters of a transport company located in the North of Moldova, near Suceava, is a unique set of buildings for such a function, especially the administrative building - offices, detailed in this project. At the level of volume and architectural language, we followed two main directions: the continuous connection with nature, both outside and inside, and the takeover in a contemporary way of the chromatics that define the beneficiary's brand. Materials such as wood, natural stone, fiber cement, exposed concrete, glass, aluminum panels are found in almost all spaces that define the building and come together in a unified and harmonious way under the light that warms the central atrium. The installations have an important role in increasing the degree of energy efficiency and interior comfort of the building, being proposed a centralized ventilation system with heat recovery with fresh air supply, rainwater collection and storage systems, as well as underfloor heating.

Due to the spatial and volumetric conformations and the positioning on the site, the building implicitly benefits from natural cross-ventilation, dynamic passive shading, increased natural light autonomy, as well as a permanent visual connection with nature.
