Located in the south of the city of Morelia, immersed in a residential area, located a few steps from one of the principal avenues that connect the city, called Camelinas, this residence takes place in this avenue, in which the kitchen area was specifically intervened. The intervention for the renovation of this space arises from the need of clients to modernize this specific area and thus inhabit it in a comfortable and functional way.

The house is organized around a main axis of circulation, which has the kitchen as a visual finish, which can be seen from the access to the residence.

Taking this into account and attending to the needs and requirements of the clients, it was decided to place a main visual element inside the kitchen, which works as a visual finish of this main axis of circulation and the secondary axis of circulation which the first, is perpendicular . This element is a semi-island with a grill framed by a granite stone cover and a kitchen hood on a false parota wood ceiling with led lighting, which invites you from your access to the residence, to know this great renovated space.

Already being inside the kitchen, behind this visual element that allows to see the back of the kitchen, highlights the juxtaposition of finishes, textures and colors of the different finishes which coexist in perfect harmony. We can see the same granite stone that surrounds the semi-island, giving continuity in the company of the parota doors in two different tones and textures and the marble-type tile in a dark tone, generating this great view as a whole, finishing on this with led strip of light, which reaffirms that it is a completely renovated and modern space.

Moving on to this part, the user experience is maximized, since in addition to having totally new kitchen equipment that is pleasing to the view, if we turn our eyes back, in the same way, the visual finish that can be appreciated from the entrance to the house, once again, it gives us this feeling of visual satisfaction by having it from the front, this time from the back, all of this generates a workspace totally comfortable to the senses and functions.

The location of the kitchen is designed to take advantage of natural light and ventilation, thus optimizing energy consumption. The use of exposed materials such as wood and gratin stone is consistent throughout the proposal, resulting in a satisfactory visual experience.
