O projeto arquitetônico do Estúdio Lapinha foi pensado para a execução em duas etapas. A primeira foi a construção de uma habitação modular no interior de dois containers, exibida na CASACOR Minas 2021. A segunda será concluída após sua desmontagem e remontagem na Lapinha da Serra, onde servirá como hospedagem.

O raciocínio construtivo guiou o processo. Dois módulos de containers foram acoplados lateralmente com seus componentes industrializados expostos sem camuflagem. A hidráulica está concentrada em uma parede, criando o módulo infraestrutural. Essa estratégia, além de reduzir custos, libera o resto do espaço. Por isso, o outro container é um módulo flexível, indeterminado, um plano livre, que, nesta edição, recebe o mobiliário do Estúdio Lapinha.

No interior, perfis no piso e no teto arrematam o friso de encontro dos containers e facilitam o desacoplamento para o transporte. Para valorizar o sistema construtivo, os materiais e cores destacam o módulo flexível do infraestrutural. O primeiro é verde e abriga a cama de casal e a marcenaria em compensado naval. O segundo tem tom laranja terroso na cozinha e azul dentro do núcleo do banheiro. Divisórias separam a cuba do chuveiro e do sanitário, o que otimiza o uso da área. O box é um espaço híbrido: conectado ao deck por uma porta de vidro, ele funciona também como ducha. O hóspede desfruta da vista até na hora do banho.

A paisagem é a protagonista. O espaço é de contemplação. As grandes portas de vidro dissolvem os limites entre exterior e interior e os tons utilizados trazem a natureza para dentro deste refúgio.

Para além de um único espaço físico, o projeto usa a ideia de sistema. Por isso, o Estúdio Lapinha é um protótipo que pode ser ampliado, replicado e implantado em outros contextos. Diferentes arranjos de containers criam diferentes espaços para que diferentes experiências sejam vividas ali.

The architectural design of Estúdio Lapinha was conceived to be executed in two stages. The first was the construction of a modular housing inside two containers, exhibited at CASACOR Minas 2021. The second will be completed after its disassembly and reassembly in Lapinha da Serra, where it will serve as accommodation.

The construction process guided the project. Two container modules were attached laterally, their industrialized components exposed without camouflage. The hydraulics are concentrated in one wall, creating the infrastructural module. This strategy, apart from reducing costs, frees the rest of the space. Therefore, the other container is a flexible, indeterminate module, a free plan, which, in this edition, receives Estúdio Lapinha’s furniture.

Inside, profiles on the floor and ceiling tie up the containers encounter loose frieze and facilitate decoupling for transport. To reveal the construction system, the materials and colours differentiate the flexible from the infrastructural module. The first is green and lodges the double bed and the naval plywood joinery. The second is earthy orange in the kitchen and blue in the ensuite. Partition walls separate the sink from the shower and toilet tub, optimizing the use of this area. The shower stall is a hybrid space as it is connected to the external deck by a glass door. The guest enjoys the view even while showering.

The landscape is the protagonist. The space is built for contemplation. Wide glass doors dissolve the boundaries between exterior and interior. The tones bring nature into this refuge.

In addition to being a single physical space, the project embraces the idea of generating a system. For this reason, Estúdio Lapinha is a prototype that can be expanded, replicated and implanted in other contexts. Different arrangements of containers create different spaces for different experiences to be lived there.
