ENG - Located in Italy, the new Executive Spa Hotel has been renovated in a smart and full plastic-free way, totally made in Italy.
In its modern look, the hotel offers 64 rooms, 5 of which are suites, designed by Gualtiero Sacchi studio with shapes and materials recalling the 1950s style.
Florim is one of the Italian design brand chosen for the project, with different collections characterized by a high aesthetic impact and a distinct personality.

The marble effects of the Les Bijoux de Rex, Étoile de Rex and Prexious of Rex collections decorate the walls of the lobby, the counter at the entrance and the restaurant areas. The Studios collection has been used for the flooring. Its sophisticated but discrete personality creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The protagonists of the rooms are the I Filati and Prexious of Rex collections which make their surfaces available to become icons of exclusivity.
In the bathroom the refined and elegant Étoile de Rex porcelain slabs have been combined with the cement inspiration of Studios.

Sensi of Casa dolce casa designed by Matteo Thun decorates the spa reinterpreting the tactile experience of touching earth. The perfect synthesis of innovation and sustainability, this porcelain collection has been developed with close attention to environmental impact without sacrificing the technical performance, making it the ideal solution for use even in the most complex designs.

ITA - Situato nel cuore dell’Emilia, il nuovo Executive Spa Hotel si reinventa in ottica smart, full plastic free e nel segno del made in Italy.
Nella sua veste moderna, l’hotel vanta 64 stanze, di cui 5 suite, progettate dallo studio di Gualtiero Sacchi con un design che richiama gli anni ’50 nelle forme e nei materiali. Tra i brand presenti anche Florim, con diverse collezioni dal forte impatto estetico e che caratterizzano gli ambienti con una personalità ben definita.

Gli effetti marmo delle collezioni Les Bijoux de Rex, Étoile de Rex e Prexious of Rex decorano a rivestimento la hall, il bancone dell’ingresso e la zona ristorante.
A pavimento invece Studios che con la sua personalità sofisticata ma discreta permette di realizzare un’atmosfera calda e accogliente.

Protagoniste invece delle camere le collezioni I Filati e Prexious of Rex che mettono a disposizione le loro superfici per diventare icone d’esclusività. Nei bagni invece sono state utilizzati le raffinate ed eleganti lastre di Étoile de Rex in abbinamento all’ispirazione cementizia di Studios.

La collezione Sensi of Casa dolce casa, disegnata da Matteo Thun, riveste la zona spa esprimendo la tattilità delle terre naturali. Sintesi di innovazione e sostenibilità, la collezione è stata studiata con una particolare attenzione all’impatto ambientale ed energetico senza rinunciare alle performance tecniche, ideale anche nei contesti progettuali più complessi.
