The three villas are located within the Maslina Resort on Hvar island. Designed by Léonie Alma Mason, they offer minimalistic interiors, a mixture of Japanese simplicity and French luxury. The guests can enjoy uninterrupted sea views, total privacy, and absolute comfort.

The 300,00 sq m, Villa Borovina has four rooms. The open space includes the kitchen, dining, and living room area with a family-size bespoke sofa and eye-catching designer FF&E elements. Above the sofa are 30°swivel wood panels made of veneer oak.

The kitchen elements are painted MDF with Guatemala green marble top and custom-made hexagon brass handles. The kitchen island is 2600 mm long with an integrated sink surrounded by high stools, perfect for gatherings of family and friends.

Every bedroom has a custom-made veneer oak bed base and headboards made entirely of brass or veneer oak. Bespoke closets, placed on the concrete, are made of veneer oak with an oiled finish and fronts decorated with natural fabric and hexagon brass handles.

Bathrooms have custom-made wooden bathtubs that represent Mindful Luxury at its finest. The interior of the bathtub is of Corian material, and the exterior is of exotic iroko wood, protected with natural oil to preserve its natural look.

Vila Litica offers four bedrooms and 300,00 sq m with an extensive living room area, open dining space, and sea-view terraces in all rooms. The living room area has a custom-made bench with a concrete base. Above is a small library shelf made of oak veneer.

Filomuro doors, made of painted MDF, are color-matched with the wall. We painted the doors on-site to make sure every detail is on the highest level.

The kitchen elements have oiled veneer oak doors and custom-made handles with Rosso Levanto marble countertop. The kitchen wall is a mirror with a bespoke cut made to install the amazing shelf.

We were in charge of all the designer FF&E elements procurement, on-site delivery, and installation.

The living room extends to the outside terrace with a bespoke communal table made of solid & oiled oak, oiled for outdoor conditions.

The freestanding headboards are veneered gray oak with a transparent matt finish. The integrated twisted headboard is a combination of solid oak and veneer oak.

The console stairs are made of solid oak with an integrated bench and drawers underneath made of oak veneer.

Vila Uvala, with a surface of 500 sq m, is the largest of all three villas. It has five bedrooms, a gym, and a spa. With minimalistic interiors inspired by Japanese simplicity with a French touch, it truly offers a one-of-a-kind experience to its guests.

The open space living room and dining room area are full of custom-made pieces and designer FF&E furniture. The central element is a bespoke, 3000 mm long dining table made of solid oak wood with 80 mm of thickness and a base with rounded black metal legs.

The living room area offers a spectacular sea view from the comfort of a bespoke sofa.

The bespoke coffee table is made of solid oak wood and a green glazed lava stone table top.

The main kitchen element is completely made of Corian material, including the top surface, backsplash, and integrated sink. The kitchen island below has a base made of concrete with a Guatemala marble top.

The bedrooms have a freestanding headboard in gray oak veneer with a transparent matt finish. The closets in the back are a combination of solid oak and veneer oak with natural Vienna rattan. In some bedrooms, you can find a fixed transparent partition element made of oak veneer connected with a brass ring.

A wooden wall connects the bedroom and toilet area with integrated sliding doors.

The wood panels were the biggest challenge to develop. Made of solid oak wood, with a custom-made pattern, and fixed into the floor and ceiling with an invisible join.
