Sepid Villa | arash khalesi
Iran, Arash Khalesi langeroud / Iran / 2015
Client's demands were simple but important:
-A villa for long lasting inhabitancy
-Minimal design
-A zone for their father and his nurse to live with them
The third demand was available by designing a ramp and an internal lift and considering individual welfare facilities in their room; but for the second one, Climate and Culture of that region made us use a U-shaped form with high inner glass crusts for getting more amount of coastal air flow and providing maximum natural light, so that a perfect view of the front scenery (Caspian Sea) could be afforded for all the main areas.
Considering a green terrace with lattice walls and transparent ceiling which could limit the outside vision of inside and cause the entry of light and air circulation, and finally creating a cozy yard for back bedroom are some of the pleasant cases of this villa.
Designing an independent suite for guests -that its independency or connection to other sides could be afforded by opening or closing a door without interference in the function and relation of areas- was assigned as another positive point in client’s attitude.
