We completely modified this house of 175 M2 distributed in three levels. Located in the high part of Barcelona, it has an exclusive view, that it's been integrated, and it's part of the intervention script. One of the main objectives of this intervention was to create spacious and bright spaces. Because the original distribution presented potential but the amount of walls and dividing walls was excessive, this fact was limiting the entrance of light and presents reduced spaces.

Living room and kitchen were unified for this reason, obtaining a great shared space but with their differentiated areas. Due to this new opening, the chosen materials for the kitchen were in elegant finishes and in communion with the predominant general tone of the living room, especially very present in the library.

Exploring beyond the living room and the kitchen, we must point out the solutions applied at the bathrooms. Especially in the bathroom on the upper floor, where we used the space into the furniture to hide the service area of the washer, dryer, etc.

In general terms, we have achieved a coherent result, adapted to the needs of their owners, who travel quite a bit and needed a nice flat in Barcelona of neutral and pleasant spaces that guarantee the rest.
