In the post-epidemic era, people have gradually understood and recognized that similar global emergencies have long-term effects on work and life. At the same time, the OFFICE 3.0 era has fully penetrated into our daily lives-different from the "official document round-trip" office method in the 1.0 era, which was restricted to one table, one chair, and one cabinet, it has long gone beyond just using network technology to optimize The 2.0 era of office processes. Office 3.0 is driven by the new generation of network technology and the flexible office needs of enterprises, emphasizing people-oriented and pursuing a people-centric efficient space.

The headquarters office space tailor-made for ONEMORE not only found a way to adapt to the current working atmosphere from the space created, but also provided forward-looking thinking for the study of "the dissolution and transformation of agglomerated physical space".

01 Upgrade software and hardware with design to work elegantly in a comfortable space

Focusing on the concept of office scenes, taking contemporary and modern design styles as the core thinking of the design, and combining the needs of office workers in various spaces to construct a plan, create a space that inspires a greater sense of collaboration and creativity.

The lobby on the first floor combines the brand concept of ONEMORE, with white skirts, moonlights, and catwalks. The design concepts are selected and the brand's fashion mood is unfolded. The overall space conveys the brand's fashion attitude in a simple and fresh form.

The marble wall collided with the latex paint, matched with a custom-made ball lamp that was suitably dimmed. Under the lighting rendering, the golden gauze can present different visual feelings as the angle changes. At the same time, the ball light echoes the brand logo on the wall, and the whole is like a gradual satin floating in the air.

The furniture in the lobby is made of solid color block sofas and sofa chairs mainly in black and orange-brown, and the coffee table and side table are all made of custom stone, which is restrained but not mediocre.

The concrete pillars, which are load-bearing pillars, retain the rough appearance of the material itself, but they are clean and unobtrusive when embedded in the space, and they are not poetic. The generous black iron decoration gives people a sense of stability, and the pure white ceiling is simple and generous.

The circulation plan of the overall space forms a ring around the central core area, which maximizes the use of surrounding lighting.

The oak floor with warm texture and gentle color connects the cross-story stairs, aisles, meeting rooms, and other spaces, allowing the visual experience to be continuous.

"Minimalism" itself is an attitude towards life and a manifestation of self-values. The "minimalism" in product design is not to give up function, only "form". The deletion of certain minor elements is not to save costs, but to make the main function of the product better, and really do less is more. The tables and chairs in the meeting rooms and office areas are mainly black and white.

The contrast and matching of materials, lighting, and office furniture give people a pleasant experience and avoid the visual fatigue that may be caused by pure white space.

The shared space in the office area is presented in the form of bar counters and high stools. It not only serves as an informal meeting area but also allows colleagues from different departments to have more coffee breaks for communication.

The general manager’s office is dominated by black and orange-brown furniture, the atmosphere is restrained, the gray stone wall is subtle and deep, and the carefully set LED simulation flame brings a touch of warmth and playfulness to the space, which is both fashionable and textured, which is also the core of the brand The ideas coincide.

High-performance office space that pays attention to the physical and mental health of employees

When work is no longer an individual's means of earning a living, but a necessary social interaction and lifestyle, where will office space go? Observing the various office spaces that have emerged in recent years, we find that this trend of function and space ambiguity has become more and more pronounced, and you can see a glimpse from the three-story space of ONEMORE.

ONEMORE’s coffee culture is also integrated into the new space. The open coffee area on the third floor adopts pure white and quiet design techniques and is decorated with black iron ball lights. Business elites create a relaxed and comfortable environment outside of work, allowing people to flexibly switch between leisure and office conditions, and provide more possibilities for the use of office space.

Whether it is the co-working space that is booming today, or large enterprises or start-up companies, they are all changing to more open and flexible space. An integrated and functional third-party space or informal space is what employees really yearn for and need, not just a pantry or two sofas.

In the new office era, create a Work Café for enterprises and make it a place to carry office culture. At the same time, this also gives employees more complete choices and control rights, which helps to improve their physical and mental health to achieve a work-life balance.

Convenience, flexibility, coordination, and efficiency, are precisely the keywords that can meet the rapid development needs of enterprises in space and time.

With the rapid development of the Internet today, competition in the apparel brand market is extremely fierce. Perhaps it is precisely because ONEMORE women’s clothing pays attention to the development of fashion trends and culture, but also pays attention to the promotion of corporate culture and the environment for employee growth so that it can maintain in the ever-changing market environment. Own fashion leadership position and the rapid development of the e-commerce market today is the top spot.
