In tune with its farm-to-table ethos, the design attempts to spatially express Folio’s ideals. A harmonious space is created that allows nature and design to coexist by using a variety of natural materials. The materials were deliberately unaltered to provide a sense of rawness to the space. By doing so, the outside environment is drawn in. By using brick, teakwood, metal, and limestone .Nature’s warmth is brought internally into the space. Use of natural light allows the small space to be expansive and changes the feeling throughout the day.
