The focal point of the renovation of this house revolves around a multifunctional piece of furniture that not only characterizes and adds originality to the space but also organizes the living area.

 This block, with its distinctive greenish color, is developed around the staircase that connects the living area and the sleeping area. It serves as a connector between the living room and the study, both visually, thanks to an integrated bookshelf, and physically, with a walkway that allows crossing above the connecting staircase. At the base of the bookshelf, a path arranged at a higher level facilitates access to all shelves.

 In the living area, the block transforms first into a comfortable sofa and then into an elegant TV unit, while in the study area, it becomes a functional desk.
