In the Csörsz Street area a 400-meter, eight-lane, open-air athletic track is to be installed with a 360-person stand. In addition to the NB1 size natural grass football field and the two outdoor tennis courts, the campus will include a mobile media hall with 1,500 movable stands, which will be used for playing handball, basketball, volleyball, and tournament trainings. The hall is going to be be suitable for high-quality university events also. The area is designed to include a 200 unit garage and a 700 square meter fitness room.

The project includes a special design element a fence on the BAH junction side, which is called “colonnade”. The colonnade is a wavy curve bounding motif with raster dynamics, reflecting the traffic at the BAH junction. The design element itself is also a 6 m high retaining wall, with a constantly changing connection to the terrain. The colonnade was designed by using BIM technology.

- 400-meter long, 8-lane outdoor track with built-in sports equipment, runway, 360-person indoor stands, sports lighting, ascending treadmill for training
- 66 x 105 meter artificial grass football field, 200 seats
- 200-unit garage with engine storage and electric chargers

- a sports hall that can serve the following sports for competitive and practice (split arena) function with team changing rooms (handball, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics)
- the sports hall has one lobby, the two halls can serve university events and educational needs
- VIP seminar hall with buffet
- fitness room (718 m2) with detachable gym (214 m2)
