Placed on a sloping, three-plus-acre piece of property in Martis Camp, the 5,700 square foot mountain home was built for a family of five with three boys between the ages of 6 and 11.  Built by Crestwood Construction, Ryan Group Architects designed the home with the principles of function and simplicity. The steeply pitched gable roofs with asymmetrical infill glass panels are some of the defining features. The home steps carefully with the contours of the site, from the guest suites to entry-level to the great room and, all the way to the master wing of the house.  The exterior is cladded in beautiful Clear Redwood and Metal Siding.  The interior floors are Maple wood throughout most of the house with the others being Tile. A favorite room is the Great Room with its 53-foot-long Gable and glass-filled end walls allowing the light to flow freely throughout the room.
