Private Villa - Shfar'am, Israel | Deonstudio

We finally got the building permit to proceed with the first construction phase! The project is situated in the City of Shfar'am in the Northern District of Israel. The concept has been designed to balance an architectural language of a compact entrance and an open space facade with a cantilevered pool overlooking the marvels 180 degrees views of valleys and mountains of Galilee.
The building is made of three-floor plans to embrace luxury and practicality. We creatively broke the monotony caused by dull exteriors by using wood ceilings as wings to bring warmth and texture to the property characteristics.
