Dome Business Plaza

This premium office building, with 81 units and 4 commercial premises on the ground floor, is located in a key corner of the north corridor of Avenida del Libertador, within the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
Its morphology stems from the relationship with its built environment, since it borders on Libertador a building with the maximum height allowed, and towards Olazábal street it borders on a lower one. The final conformation responds to these dissimilar scenarios, avoiding the exposed party walls and recomposing the urban profile. In this sense, a double façade is proposed with a system of exterior parasols, which in its morphological composition, independent of the interior courtainwall, emphasizes the object configuration of the building, stitching the two heights of the project by means of a succession of subtle vertical glass parasols.
The largest volume is withdrawn laterally, respecting the height above Olazábal, while allowing directing the views towards the river. In this retreat, on the ninth level, a large terrace is created designed as common amenities, obtaining an alternative space for expansion in height, with privileged visuals and lighting.
Finally, the entrance hall was resolved as a large opening on the ground floor, which encourages the incorporation of public space into the life of the building, achieving a transition between the exterior and interior and obtaining a relaxed and heterogeneous access situation.
