ATLANTIS/ATMOSPHERE is a complex with a focus on a healthy living environment, sustainable architecture and connection with nature.  It is part of the overall strategy of Atlantis Bulgaria Holding for the development of a sustainable living environment offering security and comfort near the beach. According to the WHO, about 40% of a person's health status depends on living conditions and lifestyle, so we try to make a better living atmosphere.  We call it "the molecule of happiness at home". The three key concept solutions are: comfort, park and sea.  The triangular design structure is based on this concept . 

Preliminary conceptual developments are based on modern methods of environmental analysis: Space Syntax and Depthmap. The focus of the holding's activities is on the qualities of the environment and the cultural awareness that nature is an integral part of life in the city and has a very serious impact on the health, safety and well-being of each of the residents.  Sustainability is a priority from the very beginning of the design task until its final realization. Using innovative methods for analysis of the environment, developed by Prof. Bill Hillier, pre-investment studies have been conducted on the spatial location of buildings, visual connections and communication connectivity within and outside the plot. Landscaping and adjoining gardens are dominated by outdoor sports opportunities recreating a sunny garden, without direct contact with cars, combined with fresh air and proximity to the beach. he situational solution is formed by two residential buildings, forming a park with decorative elements and landscaping, which flow into an alley to Atlantis Beach. The buildings are oriented perpendicular to the southern coast, creating compositions of eastern and western exposures and a southern sunny garden. The volumes of the two buildings are visually interrupted and divided into separate elements signifying four separate elements connected to the airspace of the vertical communications, solved with panoramic elevators. Greenery and light spill over into the common areas, adding a variety of garden views to favor home travel minutes.
