Brickell Flatiron

SANTO PASSAIA, Italian company specialized in tailor-made furnishings, high-end wall paneling and complete interior decorations, was selected for the interior furnishings of common areas and amenities of Miami’s Brickell Flatiron building.

The tower, developed by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group, has been designed by Architect Luis Revuelta, with interiors designed by the Italian Architect Massimo Iosa Ghini. All the areas – common areas, elite amenities, as well as apartments and penthouses – are finely cared to the smallest detail and furnished with products by Italian companies: the prestigious project, in fact, aims to be the expression of the quality, taste and elegance of true and authentic Made in Italy.

Santo Passaia is proudly present in the common areas and in the amenity areas at Brickell Flatiron, with exquisite elements manufactured using different materials, woods and finishes: the lobby area is decorated with unique lighting fixtures combining metal and hi-tech LEDs; the reception areas welcome guests and residents with shaped counters, made of wood and innovative materials like Corian; the wine room is a gathering space where people enjoy a billiard area and a conversation area; but the jewel of the building is the extraordinary Sky Spa with wellness centre and gym at the 64th floor, where tree-shaped wood elements reach the ceiling and extend over all the gym areas: the perfect integration between Man and Nature.
