Pfizer, one of the most prestigious pharmaceutical companies in the world, purchased a plot in Athens Greece in 1997 to house its rapid growth and create its new headquarters in Greece.

A&M was assigned with the Design & Project Management of the project, closely adhering to the high standards of Pfizer – both on an aesthetic and a functional level. A&M designed and managed all stages of Design & Construction, providing a full spectrum of design services, consulting, engineering services and coordinating the workflow in cooperation with the Global Engineering Department of Pfizer in New York. The company moved to its new building in 2000 while, six years later, growing needs dictated the construction of a second building on Mesogeion Avenue.

In 2020 and after 20 years of Pfizer’s establishment, A&M was reassigned to renovate its interior spaces bringing them up to date relative to Pfizer's current needs, standards and future office trends. The completion of the refurbishment is scheduled to take place within 2021.
