Interior design project of a summer house built in the 80s. The project was carried out with the collaboration of construction craftsmen to recover in a respectful way all the materials with which it was built, noble materials and in a state of impeccable conservation, making the project very interesting.

The kitchen was completely renovated opening it to the dining room.

In the bathrooms, the marble of the countertops and the square tiles were preserved, replacing the other elements.

The pine parquet throughout the house was sanded and stained in smoky white respecting the streaks created over time.

The doors, originally also made of pine, were stripped and enhanced with a patina in shades of gray and sauge.

The slate flooring in the kitchen and guest toilet area was recovered.

The lighting project includes both recessed spotlights for specific lighting in front of cabinets, as well as decorative fixtures for diffused lighting.

The hall is dominated by a large closet that divides the space, preventing the visitor from imagining what they will find once they have passed through it, outstanding views.
On the main floor, we find the double bedroom en suite with a large rest room equipped with a desk, sofa and fireplace with views of the cliff.
Wide-plank wood venetian blinds were chosen in both the living room, dining room and double bedroom, and traditional blinds and curtains in the children's and guest bedrooms.
The furniture in the children's bedrooms, all made to measure in white lacquered mdf.
In the children's bedroom, a cozy wainscoting was chosen by painting the wall in the intense blue color that also predominates in the laundry room, accentuating the feeling of summer.
The laundry room with striped walls were painted in deep blue and white.
Both the service bedroom and its bathroom were completely transformed into a large pantry room with a wine cabinet and shelves with great storage capacity and a guest bathroom. Microcement was used in its walls.
The intervention in the kitchen was total, creating a practical and comfortable distribution. Worktop in calacatta silestone and the cabinets were made to measure with moldings evoking the large kitchens of the Hamptons villas.
In the dining room, custom-made bench and table with capacity for 12 people. Sika Design chairs.
The living room consists of two areas, the first with a large billiard followed by the sofa area.

A spiral staircase leads to an en-suite guest bedroom located on the ground floor. An independent door was created with access to a secondary garden of the house, granting independence to the guests.

Outside, the infinity pool can be seen from any room in the house and loungers and armchairs have been accommodated for aperitifs in summer.
