In Bulle (FR), in the context of the reconversion of a former military arsenal and its elements (jardins de la Pâla), the realization of a new 3-stars hotel is proposed as a reception point for the neighborhood. The hotel will contain the reception, the bouvette, a business area (with meeting rooms, seminars and conferences), a gym and 120 double and long stay rooms.
atelier ribo+ was commissioned to develop the final design, procurement and construction of the new building.
In 2019, stage 1 of the construction work was completed and will restart in 2021 with stage 2.
