The new "Jardins de la Pâla" district has been imagined as an "orchestra". The musicians are the architectures and the elements of the park such as the flora, the avenues, the water games, the parking spaces, the signage. The dancers will be the people who will animate the neighborhood. Gathered in harmony the elements compose the best music.
The general guidelines, want to harmonize the common areas to become a "public" entity of the neighborhood.
The proposals are balanced with the local and national context, discreet, simple, timeless and with a good action/result ratio.
