Build in 1947 in armed concrete structure, is was during years a Police Station. After several ideas and projects on paper, the Grondregide decided to launch a project for 10 appartments and one shop. 2 witn 3 rooms and 8 with 1 room. 2 studios are desigende for people in wheelchair.
No parking for cars, but parking inside for bikes and e-bikes.
Several materials were re-used to avoid waisting. ( marble, insulation, glas... )
