MIRAGGIO THERMAL SPA RESORT | TAKA + PARTNERS

A large-scale and high-quality project completed by TAKA + PARTNERS. Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort lies at Kanistro, Paliouri, Chalkidiki. TAKA + PARTNERS delivered: the implementation study, the interior design concept, the furniture & lighting design, as well as the fitting- out of 300 rooms and suites in a 13.000 sq.m area. The aim was to develop a luxurious experience, according to contemporary hospitality models. The concept design included eleven different typologies of rooms, suggesting contemporary yet functional luxurious spaces. The typologies are grouped into the following six categories: deluxe suite, junior suite, premium suite, family room suite, family room, standard double room. Moreover, the studio designed 3.000 sq.m of public space leading the visitor to exceptional views. Furthermore, the studio took charge of the architectural study and construction of the resort’s conference center (1.000 sq.m and 450 people capacity), fully equipped with the latest technology, excellent acoustics and innovative design.
