Quark was chosen by Lebanese developer Can Do Contractors for the architectural design of the Skygarden Villas. Nestled on a cliff in Yalıkavak, one of the finest towns in Bodrum, Skygarden Villas are situated on a 4.000 sqm area overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The project consists of 11 comfortable, modern-style villas of different sizes and designs. The design concept for the project emphasizes the integration of luxury, functionality, and privacy.

Each villa has been designed for their respective locations to make the best of the geographical advantages of the area. The villas feature balconies and terraces where residents can enjoy the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
