“Eco Green Residences & Suites” complex is located in Toroni, Sithonia – Chalkidiki. The complex comprises of two building volumes with fourteen rooms and a reception. The buildings consist of basement, ground floor and floor with attics. Τhe concept embodies the separation of the main volume into two units. This section area constitutes a small garden and the aspect of the landscape, which metaphorically speaking, invades the building. The accommodation was designed according to bioclimatic architectural principles. Wide openings facing the south offer visual comfort permitting the light to enter the room. Canopies and flexible shades protect the south-oriented frames from the summer sun. A water unit coupled with benches and plants lays in the entrance of the complex and forms a landmark.
