The automotive showroom is situated in the city of Fondi, Italy. The client wished for a showroom diverging from the stereotypical and one that simultaneously would stand out as an architectural icon. The solution became a volume divided into three levels, one underground and two above ground, with a practicable terrace roof.
The basement, intended for storage, archives, and service rooms, occupies an area of 221.50 square meters for profits 181.50 square meters.
The raised floor of 100 cm from the ground will be used as a workshop and car showroom occupying a usable area of 177.10 square meters and a gross surface of 213.65 square meters; the first floor will be partly covered, therefore destined for the reception of the public for the management and management aspect for a usable area of 155.83 square meters and a gross area of 176.00 square meters, and in part, it will be left as a practicable terrace for a surface of 33.70 square meters.
