Monolocale per un giovane matematico

Il progetto di ristrutturazione ha interessato un locale seminterrato destinato ad abitazione secondaria di un giovane prof. di matematica.

Lo sviluppo degli interventi ruota intorno alla zona centrale, completamente aperta, rivolta verso sud e predisposta per  accogliere le aperture con l’ingresso.

Questo spazio è stato dedicato sia alla zona pranzo - con un tavolo uso ufficio che risulta utile anche per le lezioni private cui il prof dedica molto tempo - che al soggiorno con la presenza di un singolo divano e parete attrezzata con schermo tv.

L’ angolo cottura è stato ricavato in uno spazio dedicato dove Idonee porte a libro ne permettono la parziale o totale chiusura; in adiacenza è stato predisposto anche un locale ripostiglio e di sostegno alla piccola zona cucina.

Lateralmente, nascosto alla vista, è stato posizionato il bagno con annesso armadio di servizio.

A sinistra dell’ingresso, verso l’interno, è stata creata una zona più “intima e riservata” mediante la realizzazione di un soppalco, dedicato alla zona notte, ed un’ area studio al di sotto di quest’ ultimo.

Qui una porta scorrevole chiude lo spazio e permette l’accesso alle scale che portano ai piani superiori.

Degna di nota è la rappresentazione “a tema” sulla parete a destra dell’ingresso dove l’ entropia numerica mette in risalto la grande passione del proprietario per i numeri.

Non a caso, l’ ultima foto allegata, mostra il libro originale  “Trattato elementare di Fisica”  datato 1879.

 Private residence for a young mathematician

The renovation project involved a basement room intended as a secondary home for a young prof. of maths.

The development of the interventions revolves around the central area, completely open, facing south and designed to accommodate the openings with the entrance.

This space has been dedicated both to the dining area - with an office table that is also useful for private lessons which the teacher spends a lot of time on - and to the living room with the presence of a single sofa and wall equipped with TV.

The kitchenette has been created in a dedicated space where suitable folding doors allow partial or total closure; a storage room and support room for the small kitchen area has also been set up adjacent.

On the side, hidden from view, there is a bathroom with an adjoining service closet.

To the left of the entrance, towards the interior, a more "intimate and reserved" area has been created by creating a mezzanine, dedicated to the sleeping area, and a study area below the latter.

Here a sliding door closes the space and allows access to the stairs leading to the upper floors.

Worthy of note is the "themed" representation on the wall to the right of the entrance where the numerical entropy highlights the owner's great passion for numbers.

Not surprisingly, the last attached photo shows the original book   “Trattato elementare di Fisica”  dated 1879.
