The house is located in the residencial complex La Alcaidesa (Línea de La Concepción, Cádiz). Located in the middle section of said urbanization, it has unbeatable views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Rock of Gibraltar.
The entire house is flooded by light and landscape, thus maintaining a visual fluidity in each space, making the most of its location.
The program is divided in two floors. The ground floor or common area, where the day time activity takes place, has large windows that communicate directly with the garden and pool and is designed to focus the attention on the panoramic view of the sea. The first floor or night area, houses the bedroom area, this being the most private area. From each room you can contemplate the magnificent views, and thus creating a close relationship with the landscape.
