Comprehensive refurbishment of an office block listed as protected historic building, located in Frankfurt Niederrad, a urban area that is fast developing into a young and dynamic residential quarter.
The project design of this 11 stores building consists of 395 micro living apartments with diverse typology, 2 rooftops terraces and shared open spaces for co-working and front desk in the ground floor.
The renewed interior design picks up the style concept of those office buildings in the 70ies combined with a modern and sustainable design concept, in order to create a young, fresh and attractive ambience.

Reforma integral de un edificio de oficinas catalogado como Patrimonio Arquitectónico situado en Frankfurt Niederrad, un área urbana que está experimentando una rápida transformación en un dinámico barrio residencial para gente joven.
El edificio consta de 11 plantas sobre rasante y se han proyectado 395 apartamentos “Microliving” de tipología diversa, 2 áreas ajardinadas de descanso en la cubierta y una zona común en la planta baja destinada a recepción y “coworking”.
El interiorismo retoma el estilo característico de los edificios de oficinas de los años 70 y lo combina con un diseño moderno y sostenible con el que crear una ambiente atractivo, juvenil y natural.

Das Denkmalgeschützte ehemalige Bürogebäude liegt in Frankfurt Niederrad, ein Stadtteil der zu einem neuen lebendigen Wohnviertel umstrukturiert wird.
Das 11 geschossige Gebäude hat 395 Microliving Apartments mit unterschiedlichen Typologien, 2 Dachterrassen und einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Rezeption und Coworking im Erdgeschoss.
Das Innenarchitekturkonzept orientiert sich an der Vergangenheit des Gebäudes, greift den charakteristischen 70-ger Jahre Look des Bürogebäudes auf und schafft in der Kombination mit wohnlichen, freundlichen Details eine moderne und frische Atmosphäre mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität.
