The LIA2 apartment, with a floor plan measuring 25 mq, is located on the top floor of a hausmanian building in Paris.

Before renovation, the apartment consisted of a living space with separate kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment does not have load-bearing walls and features three open view windows.

The new plan takes advantage of the presence of three windows in such limited space to create separate but connected areas.

The key of the project is the "equipped component", a separation element that divides the space in functional areas and represents the identity of the apartment.

This "component" consists of bookshelves, separating the bedroom, and a counter, located between the kitchen and the living room. This solution will demarcate and separate places without creating a visual block.

We have chosen a neutral color scheme to brighten the space.

The original hardwood was restored.
