A new community for a new present after COVID-19. We generate a "Community of Sharing", a "Community of Growth", a "Sustainable Community".

Generated by a superstructure that hangs modular apartments that can grow and decrease. Minimize the carbon footprint using "smart technologies", sustainable materials, CLT structure, recycling materials, local public farms.

Where the apartments grow when the family grows. Simply adding more pre-made modules in an external factory. The modules slide down the frame ("drawer sliding system").

The mixed-use community will have apartments, crops, public gardens, greenhouse / vertical farm, seasonal shearing spaces (co-working, children's play areas, food market, library, conference spaces) that can rotate as needed of the community.

We also bring to urban spaces a Green Valley generated by terraces and green areas on the roofs.

With this community scheme, we want to make life easier for citizens.
